Warranty Services
What does warranty service mean:
- Free repair of the product during the warranty period.
- To replace the laptop within 5 days of purchase.
- Within 5 days of purchase, it is possible to return the product if it has a factory defect or if it was damaged during delivery (Please note that you should contact us at number: 577 570 570 as soon as you register a complaint).
Warranty conditions do not apply:
- Physically (e.g. dropped or blunt object or fire) damaged product;
- Damage caused by liquid spillage;
- Software damage;
- If the laptop is not fixed with a factory code or a unique code assigned by our company;
- If the norms of operation of the laptop were violated;
- If the laptop was damaged due to non-standard voltage;
- If the repair work on the laptop was performed by a third party (and not by our company);
- On the laptop battery and charger.
We take responsibility for:
- Repairing the damaged laptop in accordance with the conditions specified in the warranty card;
- Repairing of equipment within the period specified in the warranty conditions;
- The maximum duration of the warranty service is 45 working days. During this period, the product will be returned to working condition or an alternative will be offered or a full refund will be issued.
What should the warranty card include:
The warranty card must include the following information:
- Brand name;
- Item name;
- Serial Number;
- Date of purchase;
- User name, surname and personal number;
- Warranty period;
- Official company signature/certification.
How to use warranty service:
- Please note that the warranty terms apply only to laptops purchased from our company. As soon as the laptop is diagnosed and upon finding the fault, we start the repair, replacement or return procedure.
